In order to ensure the quality of finished product inspections to prevent missed inspections, the finished product workshop will arrange full-time inspectors on the shop to conduct random sampling inspections on finished fabrics that have been inspected, and the quality department of printing and dyeing plants will also arrange full-time QC inspections on the finished fabrics or warehouses already inspected. Traders will also send their own full-time QC to the factory to inspect goods, or assign third-party inspection agencies as third parties to inspect the quality of finished products and make necessary preparations for normal shipments. When a customer's QC or a third-party testing agency inspects the goods, the following methods are generally used.

1. When sampling the same color of a specific order, the required number of completed inspection personnel should exceed 80% of the required quantity, and the factory is required to provide a detailed list of personnel.

2, the third party inspection agencies generally require sampling inspection about 10% of the total number, if the number of the same color is small, it should also increase the proportion of spot checks, 914.4m (1000 yards) should be arranged for full inspection.

3. The volume number of random inspection is generally specified on the spot by QC. When random sampling is performed, it should be ensured that each lot color can be sampled in proportion and cannot be omitted.

4. The customer or third-party testing agency will record the test score on the spot. Each roll must be sampled (strip) as the basis for color matching and chromaticity test. If necessary, random sampling will be sent to the laboratory or third party testing agency. Perform intrinsic quality testing.

5. According to the recorded data and sample cloths, an inspection report will be issued and conclusions will be drawn after inspection. For questions or issues that are in doubt, we will send samples to related parties.
